Chairmans Chat  Our A.G.M is  at Totton &Elling Community Center Civic Center Buildings Library Road Totton SO40 3AP  on Saturday 3rd March 2012  At 5pm followed by a social evening. I would like to take this opportunity to thank my committee and our stewards for all their hard work and dedication in 2011. On behalf of Waterside D.A. Committee  We would like to welcome Sue Gay who has co-opted onto our committee and has volunteered to take on the Secretary’s position. Request   I have received a request from our Southern Region webmaster Mr Graham Hobson. He is looking for any photos,videos,plans, write ups and any other information that may be of interest to the Southern Region. This information is for three purposes: 1, NFOL 2013 is being held by Southern Region. Information that shows the scale of the event, the festival spirit of the event, and the areas where we have camped before will be incredibly useful in securing a suitable venue ( now urgent ). They may also prove useful for the promotion of our event. NFOL 2013 organizers are specifically after Photos,videos, plans, maps or any item of interest for any NFOL previously hosted by Southern Region.  these are : 2001 Broadlands Estate Romsey Stratfield Saye Berkshire 1989: Northington Down Farm Hampshire 1978. Does anyone have previous experience or memories that we could tap into for consultation? This request is being made separate to a request for volunteers. This is just for information or consultation. Please send info or offers of advice to me at webmaster@southernregion.org.uk. 2,Graham is trying to build up a Region Archive on the Region website, therefore he is looking for any photos, items of interest, knowledge of when,where whom relating to: • Any NFOL, any SRSM, SR CCY Meet, SR Dinner Dance, SR AGM, SR THS, anything concerning SR or its DA’s and sections. Please have a look at the Region Website. You will notice there are massive gaps in the Archive. If you know something or have something that is not on the website then I would love to have it no matter how trivial.
